On 28 December 2023, Japan Investment Inc. (2-2-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo) exercised its subscription rights relating to the bonds with subscription rights issued by Argo Holdings Co., Ltd.

As a result, Japan Investment Inc. became the controlling shareholder of Argo Holdings Co., Ltd.
